As our People and Engagement Manager, you''ll be central to our people strategy. Part of our collaborative, fun and friendly team, you''ll:

support our People Strategy by promoting our culture, delivering engagement initiatives and helping with the day-to-day management of all HR-related tasksmanage employee engagement surveys, analyse results and implement action plans to drive improvementmaximise and communicate our wellbeing offer to all our colleagues, encouraging everyone to get involvedbecome a leading member of our Environmental Social Governance teamcreate ideas and a diary full of engaging experiences for all our colleagues to take part in, including monthly team-building dayswork alongside our Brand and Content team to develop an effective internal comms strategyown our internal, company-wide, communication tools and spacesreview our office space, ensuring it is optimised for our peopleestablish and maintain relationships with community and charitable partners

Requirements

To make an impression, you''ll need work experience at a HR Advisor level. You''ll also need knowledge of relevant legislation and governance. You''ll also be:

a confident communicator and people personable to work under your own initiativesensitive, tactful and diplomatic with a high degree of confidentialityhighly computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft packagesCIPD level 5 qualified, or with corresponding experience in role
