Reporting to the COO and working directly with the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the decisions that matter, ensuring we have the talent, leadership, culture and organisational infrastructure to succeed. You will operate confidently from the boardroom to the front line, combining strategic insight with a practical understanding of what makes the business work. If you have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, shaping long-term (3-5 year) strategies, and leading through change, we''d love to hear from you. The preferred base is Ashby de la Zouch or Birmingham. We offer hybrid working, balanced with the visibility and connection expected of a senior leader. Travel across our office network will be an important part of the role, particularly during the first six months as you build relationships and get to know the business.
