Duties include: Learning and Development Design and deliver practical learning solutions across technical, advisory, management, and leadership skills aligned to the Firm''s 5-year strategy. Regularly review and improve content, methods, and materials to keep them relevant and effective Introduce new approaches, tools, and technologies to keep our learning offer current and engaging HL Academy Lead and continually develop the HL Academy to ensure it reflects business needs Gather feedback and use it to improve content and delivery Trainee Programme Oversee a structured, high-quality trainee programme aligned to firm goals Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear development pathways and performance tracking Support trainees throughout their journey, helping them succeed and resolve challenges early Onboarding Deliver a structured onboarding experience that sets people up well from day one Ensure new joiners have the skills, knowledge, and support they need to perform quickly and confidently Talent ..... full job details .....
