Reed HR have partnered with a growing, flexible and exciting organisation who are now looking for a People Development Lead.Hours: 37.5 a week - can be flexible on start and finish times Hybrid: 2 - 3 days in the office per weekTravel: Travel to Europe around 3 - 4 times per year / London 1/2 times a month - fully expensedFull time permanent roleWe are looking for someone who thrives on interaction, is engaging, dynamic and passionate - with experience creating and delivery training courses in person/online, with strong experience training leadership skills.This is a standalone role training new starters to board level.The role:The EMEA People Development Lead is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development activities that strengthen workforce, line manager and leadership capability across the UK and Europe.The role ensures that people development initiatives support business objectives and organisational culture, embeds consistent people management standards, and reinforces compliance with employment laws such as equality, anti-harassment and bullying, health and safety and employee wellbeing.The role will also plan, design and deliver structured in person all-hands meetings and workshops that align employees and leaders to the company''s strategy, culture and performance expectations, ensuring in-person engagement delivers measurable and sustained organisational impact.This is a standalone, end-to-end role, training new starters to board ..... full job details .....
