In this senior, influential role, you''ll be responsible for shaping how learning, leadership development, talent management and succession planning support our people and volunteers, now and in the future. Working as part of the People, Business and Legal Services senior leadership team, you''ll help ensure our people strategy underpins and supports delivery of our wider organisational strategy, building longterm capability and leadership at every level.
