a salary of £47,500 per annum plus the opportunity to earn 10% of salary based on business and personal performance. You will also have the opportunity to work as part of De Vere''s wider People and Culture team, with regular team meetings to share best practise and learning opportunities.As the People and Culture Manager you will

work as part of the property''s management team to drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture. With the support of a People and Culture Coordinator you will work with the General Manager and senior team to review and deliver the People business plan which supports De Vere''s Group HR strategy. Key to this role is supporting our colleagues, recruitment activities and coaching Heads of Department to get the best out of their people through effective people practices.Your skills and experience:• You have previous HR experience ideally from an events venue, hotel or hospitality environment• Experience delivering group training sessions and inductions• Confident in influencing senior colleagues and passionate about communicating best HR practice• You have a bright and warm personality, with an intuitive and adaptable approachThe Pay and Benefits:At De Vere we pay attention to the thoughtful details that inspire the loyalty of our permanent colleagues.
