People, Culture and Place Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced CIPD-accredited HR professional with a strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience of applying sound people practice in a busy organisation. You will bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to give clear, practical guidance, handle sensitive information with discretion and work confidently with colleagues and line managers across Stewardship. With 125 employees working to deliver our organisational strategy across diverse teams who provide products and services to our donors and partners, this is a key role in our People, Culture and Place team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team with an established strategy and vision. As Stewardship grows, there is now a need to increase the capacity of the team to continue to deliver exceptional employee experience at all moments of the employee lifecycle. By coordinating probation, performance and absence activities, using data to identify improvements, and overseeing health and safety, you will help create a safe, efficient and flourishing workplace where colleagues feel equipped to do their best work and Stewardship''s values are evident in everyday practice. This is a part-time role with opportunity for hybrid working, with Mondays and Thursdays in the office each week.
