About the Role People Experience and Operations: This is a hands-on, varied HR role in a small team where you''ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle. You''ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping ensure that our people processes are professional, efficient, and aligned with our values. You''ll act as a first point of contact for queries, providing clear and professional support on a range of people policies and procedures.
