The role reports into the Chief People Officers and requires someone who can move from strategy into practical delivery, driving implementation, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, and change adoption activity.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and implement workplace transformation initiatives.Coordinate change activity from planning through to execution.Support role clarity, ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness.Develop implementation plans, communications, and engagement materials.Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.Produce executive and board-level reports and presentations.Influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes without direct line management responsibility.Create practical frameworks, tools, and documentation for sustainable change.Ideal BackgroundPeople ChangeOrganisational Development (OD)Workplace TransformationChange Delivery/ImplementationExperience working in complex organisations.Strong project delivery and stakeholder management capability.Experience producing executive and board-level papers.Consulting or consulting-style ..... full job details .....
