Provide expert people advice, coaching, and challenge to drive performance and accountability. Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend solutions. Support key people processes including performance, talent, succession, engagement, and reward. Lead and support organisational change, restructures, and consultation activity. Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. Collaborate with the wider People team to deliver business-focused people initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
