This isn’t a tick-the-box HR gig — you’ll be partnering with managers, coaching leaders, designing and delivering learning programmes, embedding DEI, and embedding People practices to scale in the right way. It’s equal parts strategic and hands-on, with plenty of scope to leave your mark. You’ve been a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-moving, scaling business.You’re credible with managers and leaders, able to coach, challenge and influence.You’re solutions-focused, proactive and commercially aware.You’re just as comfortable getting stuck into the detail as you are shaping big-picture strategy.This one’s for someone who wants more than “maintenance mode” HR.
