People Business Partner (HR) Location: Home-based Hours: Full time Contract Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced People and Culture professional operating at Business Partner level to take on a high-impact role at a pivotal point in the organisation''s development. Working closely with the Associate Director of People and Culture and senior leaders across the organisation, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, strengthening people practices, driving organisational development initiatives, and providing expert people partnering support across the organisation. This position is offered as a permanent role, providing an exciting opportunity to influence and embed long-term people strategies that support organisational performance, employee engagement, and cultural development. The postholder will work across a broad range of people and organisational priorities, including employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, change management, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and organisational design.
