Working as part of a collaborative team, you will partner with leaders across the business to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice and support on a broad range of employee relations matters.The RoleAs a trusted adviser, you will play a key role in supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee issues while helping to strengthen people practices and mitigate organisational risk.Key responsibilities will include:Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and workplace conflict matters.Providing expert guidance to leaders and managers on employment law, policies and best practice.Supporting investigations and advising on fair, balanced and commercially appropriate outcomes.Acting as a senior escalation point for complex ER issues.Reviewing and enhancing people policies, procedures and guidance.Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through people data and case analysis.Supporting organisational change initiatives and restructuring activity where ..... full job details .....
