In this role, you''ll work closely with business leaders to deliver a comprehensive HR partnering service that drives performance, engagement, and organisational success. You''ll lead on people plans, projects, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy and values.What You''ll DoPartner with leaders to develop and implement functional People Plans.Provide expert advice on transformational change and all aspects of the colleague life cycle.Manage complex ER casework and guide managers on best practice.Review and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational values.Support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and engagement initiatives.Deliver HR training interventions and coach managers to build capability.Analyse data and insights to inform action plans and improve engagement.Lead and support people-related projects across the organisation.Champion Equality, Diversity andamp; Inclusion in all HR initiatives.What We''re Looking ForChartered CIPD status.Strong track record in ER/casework and employment law.Proven experience as a trusted business partner with excellent relationship-building skills.Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.Experience in developing people plans and ..... full job details .....
