People Business PartnerTemporary, Full Time£24 per hour PAYE (Negotiable) Location: Rochford Essex We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Business Partner to provide expert HR support across the organisation. This is a key role within the People and OD function, acting as a trusted adviser to managers, supporting organisational priorities, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR policy, and best practice. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across services, supporting operational and strategic HR delivery while contributing to organisational development, employee engagement, learning and development, and change management initiatives.Key Responsibilities Partnership Working and Stakeholder EngagementDeputise for the Service Manager People and OD when requiredRepresent at regional and national HR forumsProvide expert advice on employee relations, employment law, policies, and proceduresManage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, TUPE, organisational change, and appealsDevelop and deliver HR policies, training, and briefingsStrategic HR and Organisational DevelopmentSupport the delivery of strategic HR projects and organisational change programmesLead on delegated HR and OD initiatives You will bring: Strong employee relations and case management experienceExperience working within a unionised environmentKnowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience leading change ..... full job details .....
