Here''s the exciting bit a day includes working as part of the Customer and People team, you will support the whole department across your apprenticeship giving you more opportunity to expand your knowledge of the world of people. You will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon- Fri, on a 13-month contract, earning £20,500 per annum. This is unique opportunity is perfect for someone who has a passion for HR and wants to learn all aspects of the department and widen their knowledge whilst having fun in a very welcoming department. You will work through a programme of learning with the support of an Assessor and your Manager over a 13- month period, all done on site, so no college days! At the end of your training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences, a multiple -choice test and an observation within your role.
