This role is central to maintaining a cohesive and positive working environment, and will be the first point of call for all People related matters, offering expertise on basic HR matters. The People and Wellbeing Executive will lead on organisational recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring that peoples'' first experience of MHFA England is a positive one. They will also help to ensure that the wellbeing, health, and safety of all colleagues is prioritised and that we are compliant in this area.
