The OpportunityReporting into the senior leadership team, the People and Training Lead will be responsible for supporting the delivery of people and learning initiatives across the organisation. This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and organisational change. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, ensuring people processes remain compliant, effective and scalable while supporting employees through periods of growth and integration activity.
