People and Payroll OfficerAre you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and HR operations? We are looking for a People and Payroll Officer to join a dynamic People team and support a wide range of HR and payroll activities.About the RoleThis role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR systems. You''ll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient people processes and delivering a high-quality service to employees and managers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day HR and payroll administrationProcess employee lifecycle changes (starters, leavers, leave requests)Support payroll activities including salary calculations and pensionsProduce HR reports and management informationProvide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and exit processesMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in line with GDPRAssist with HR systems maintenance, testing, and updatesContribute to continuous improvement of HR processesProvide administrative support at meetings, including note-takingWhat We''re Looking ForEssential:Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExperience in HR and/or payroll administrationStrong IT skills (Excel and Word)Ability to handle confidential information sensitivelyStrong HR systems ..... full job details .....
