Interim People, Culture and Operations ManagerInternational Non-Profit Hybrid London Immediate Start 2 - 3-Month ContractOur client an impactful, mission-led global organisation is seeking an immediately available experienced Interim People, Culture and Operations Manager to lead UK people operations and support key global PCC initiatives. This is a chance to make a meaningful, visible impact from day one.The RoleLead UK People and Culture Operations Deliver the UK people strategy and oversee efficient, compliant HR operations. Improve systems, policies and processes in line with best practice. Support leaders on employee relations, performance management and inclusive recruitment. Drive Culture, Learning and Organisational Development Support leadership development, team-building and change initiatives. Champion wellbeing, DEIB and a positive, learning-focused culture. Manage Operations and Office Services Oversee facilities, suppliers, insurance, IT assets and HandS compliance. Ensure payroll and pensions run smoothly with Finance. Contribute Globally Collaborate with the Global PCC team on cross-border projects and alignment. About You CIPD or equivalent HR background. Strong generalist HR experience and excellent UK employment law knowledge. Confident handling employee relations and operational HR delivery.
