People and OD Project Support Officer

OverviewCoordinating People and OD projects and governance activities, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication. Supporting risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts to help us stay accountable and effective. Helping organise engagement events like leadership away days and team development sessions. Managing information, data, and reports to inform decisions that shape the future of our people services.

Responsibilities

Organised and proactive: keep projects moving, spot issues early, and find solutions.

A great communicator: draft reports and engage with colleagues to bring clarity and confidence to conversations.

People-centered: create positive experiences for others and value inclusion and respect.

Keen to grow: curious, open to learning, and motivated to develop skills in HR, governance, and project management.

Support people-focused change: help deliver projects that improve the workplace and bring the People and Culture Strategy to life.

Champion inclusion and collaboration: work with staff networks, trade unions, leaders, and colleagues across the Trust.

Drive improvements with purpose: coordinate key initiatives, track progress, and support governance to deliver measurable impact.
