People and HR Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function across our UK manufacturing operations. This is a standalone role based at our Westbury site, with responsibility also supporting our manufacturing facility in Mardy.This is a broad and dynamic role requiring a pragmatic HR professional who can operate across both operational delivery and strategic influence. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while remaining fully involved in day-to-day HR activity.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboardingProvide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across both sitesEnsure consistent and compliant HR practices across the organisationRecruitment and Workforce PlanningLead full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing and business support rolesPartner with managers on role design, job descriptions, and selection processesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical rolesImplement and improve recruitment processes and tools (ATS, sourcing strategies)Employee Relations and Employment LawManage all employee relations cases end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)Provide clear, risk-aware advice to managersEnsure full compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policiesManager Coaching and Capability BuildingCoach and support managers in people management best ..... full job details .....
