Due to a restructure and continued growth, they are now looking for a new People and HR person to join their people team, specialising on the ER side, working along wide their Learning and Development colleague. What the People and HR job involves This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of employee relations within a complex business structure. Reviewing and refining HR policies, working closely with legal teams to ensure compliance and best practice. Developing clear and accessible policies for managers to implement independently, fostering a culture of empowerment.
