Job Description People and Culture Officer - Hybrid Oxford-based HQ - 3 Days a week (2 On site/ 1 remote) - Permanent Part-time - £35,000 £40,000 pro-rata (DOE) - Start: Ideally July 2025 We are supporting a mission led business find their first People and Culture Officer to join the hybrid-working team based near Oxford. Looking to shape a growing organisation s people-first culture? This is your chance to step into a key HR role that balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (and close cooperation with the Head of Finance and Central Operations), you ll take ownership of all things HR across the organisation. From recruitment and employee engagement to policy development and HR systems, your work will make a real impact on people and culture as the team continues to grow. Essential: - Minimum of three years experience in a HR Officer role in a high growth organisation preferably in the scientific or charity sector. - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. - Strong data and analysis skills. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work well with others. - Ability to monitor your own performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Discretion and the ability to safeguard confidential information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Collaborate closely with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organisational goals. - ..... full job details .....
