People and Culture Manager

When a business is growing quickly, strong HR foundations can make the difference between simply keeping pace and building something that performs for the long term. As the People and Culture Manager, you''ll have the influence and autonomy to improve performance, strengthen management capability and shape how a successful privately owned business develops. This is a newly created position within an organisation employing around 100 staff across the North of the UK. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the management team, you''ll take ownership of the HR agenda while introducing practical processes that support continued growth. A 30-hour part-time arrangement is also available. Hybrid working is offered, with a Wetherby base and travel to the East Midlands office as required.
