You''ll manage a small team and report into a fantastic CEO.Full of variety and scope, this role will include:Team Leadership and ManagementStrategic PartneringTalent, Capability and Workforce PlanningLeadership Coaching and DevelopmentEmployee Relations and CulturePerformance and RewardChange and Organisational DevelopmentOversight of all Operational HR issues You''ll have at least CIPD Level 5 though CIPD Level 7 is highly preferred, along with experience of using HR databases, coupled with a proactive drive to implement AI and automation. You''ll be data driven, using reporting, data and analytics to support strategic high-level decision making.You''ll have strong coaching skills aimed at upskilling line managers, inspiring and leading the HR team whilst being an ambassador for the company''s culture and values.
