Fresh People are recruiting for an experienced People and Culture Director to join an established and evolving organisation based in Canterbury, Kent.This is a senior leadership appointment for a commercially astute People professional who can shape the people agenda, strengthen organisational capability and support the continued development of the business.Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver a cohesive People and Culture strategy aligned with the organisation''s commercial priorities and future direction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the Group-wide People and Culture strategy.Advise senior leaders on organisational priorities, people risks and workforce planning.Lead organisational development, succession planning and leadership capability.Support change, restructuring and transformation activity.Strengthen employee engagement, communication and culture.Oversee complex employee-relations matters and ensure legal compliance.Review and improve HR policies, systems, processes and reporting.Develop meaningful people metrics to support senior-level decision-making.Lead, mentor and develop the People team.About YouYou will be a credible and experienced People leader with:CIPD Level 7 qualification.Previous experience as an HR Director, People Director or senior People and Culture leader.Experience working within a complex, operational or multi-site organisation.Strong knowledge of UK ..... full job details .....
