Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm 30 mins unpaid break  Drive business performance through people and culture strategies, by implementing PandC initiatives that enhanc Engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area. Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified PandC gaps. Develop and embed PandC solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer Retention. Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks.
