My Client is a leading Facilities company they are looking for a Peopleand Culture Business partner to join the team. Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm 30 mins unpaid break Drive business performance through people and culture strategies, by implementing PandC initiatives that enhanc Engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area. Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified PandC gaps. Develop and embed PandC solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer Retention. Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks. Lead organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of People projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives. Provide guidance on complex or escalated cases, including policy interpretation, ER case management, TUPE, and Union engagement in line with relevant CoEs Deliver professional employee relations advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law, that minimises risk, fosters fairness, and supports business goals. Actively participate in operational and PandC solution meetings to provide insights, anticipate issues, and enable Informed leadership decisions.
