People and Culture Business Partner - Organisational Change GeneralistLocation: Based in our Central office in Islington, with option to work from home. Regular visits to services required. Note: step-free access is not available at the central office and some services.Salary:

£44,000Shift Pattern: Fixed Term contract approximately 8 months, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Some evenings or outside hours may be required to support night run services.About The Role

We are seeking an all-round generalist to join our People and Culture team to support organisational change, focusing on mobilisations, TUPE, staff consultations and growth. You will use your experience in these areas to manage the process of organisational change, working with the wider PandC team and managers across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:Provide high quality support, leadership and guidance to managers and staff for change projects from start to finish.Support with employee relations, escalations, and cross-specialist areas.Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders to deliver legally compliant, compassionate, and robust organisational change processes.Maintain effective project management resources and timelines.Ensure all staff have access to meaningful and accessible employment advice and resources.Ensure all employee life cycle administration, advice, and support is completed to standard.Partner with managers/project leads to understand resourcing needs, then support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to fulfil staffing needs.About You

We are looking for someone with experience coaching and advising managers and colleagues on legal and internal HR obligations, with proven experience at a similar level. You will be a team player, confident in your skills, able to build rapport, and maintain confidentiality while providing objective advice. You will have:Experience managing mobilisations, TUPE, de-mobilisations, redundancy consultations, change consultation, and project management.Working knowledge of HR procedures and basic employment law under UK legislation.Experience coaching and advising managers in employee relations across the full lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, required learning packages and ER case work.Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building.Strong attention to detail, organisation, and proactive decision-making with data use for reporting.Alignment with values of Ambition, Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Transparency.Please refer to the JDPS attached for more details on the vacancy and requirements.What We Offer
