Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified PandC gaps. Develop and embed PandC solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer retention. Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks. Lead organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of people projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives.
