People and Culture Business Partner 12 month (FTC)

Working within a collaborative People team and reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you''ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple international regions, helping to shape people strategies that support organisational effectiveness and long-term impact. This role would suit a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnering with operational delivery. As part of this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across multi-country operations, providing expert advice on workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, performance management and talent development. You will work closely with leaders to ensure people practices align with organisational objectives, support the implementation of global HR initiatives, champion diversity, equity and inclusion, and use data and insights to influence decision-making.
