The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR advisory experience who is ready to broaden their knowledge and take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload. You''ll work closely with managers and Partners across our multi-office business, providing practical, commercially focused advice and helping drive positive people outcomes. You''ll gain exposure to a wide range of areas including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, data subject access requests, employee engagement initiatives and wider People and Culture projects.
