People and Culture Advisor Location: Belfast (Flexible Working Available)Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 FTEContract: Permanent, Part-Time expected to be 25-30 hours per week (to be agreed with successful candidate). About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of HR activities, supporting employees and managers while ensuring HR processes remain compliant, efficient, and people-focused. You will contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, learning and development, policy implementation, and HR systems management. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes. Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits activities. Ensure HR policies and procedures remain up to date and compliant.
