We are working with a construction company looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join a small, collaborative HR team in North-West London. The Role As our PandC Advisor, you will be the go-to contact for line managers, providing confident guidance, coaching, and mentoring on HR processes. Leading disciplinary investigations, grievances, short-term/long-term sickness cases, and probationary reviews.Drafting well-reasoned, effective outcome letters and communicating clearly with colleagues via phone and email.Assisting with general HR admin, contract generation, and processing maternity/paternity paperwork to support the team during leave or peak periods.Contributing to the maintenance and update of company HR policies.
