Location: Located in Reading, with free onsite parking. Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. As the People Analyst, you will leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organisational effectiveness through analysing, and interpreting people-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:Support identification of organisational health challenges, and develop solutions through modelling, scenario testing and benchmarking.Provide high-quality data analysis, reports, and insights to support functional and leadership decision-making.Support implementation and maintenance of an IT system that meets business needs and aligns with the Digital Roadmap.Uphold high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and contribute positively to the team.
