      <description>Location: Hemel Hempstead | Salary: &amp;pound;33000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | Jo  b Title:  People &amp; Culture Coordinator   Location:  Hybrid 4 days in the office, based in Hemel Hempstead-   Salary:  Up to -40,000 DOE   Overview:    Unify is excited to be recruiting a People &amp; Culture Coordinator on behalf of a well-established plant hire company based in Hemel Hempstead.-  As a key member of the People &amp; Culture team, you will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, handling benefits queries and overseeing HR systems. You will also provide advice and support on employee relations matters such as performance, absence, and conduct issues.     What do I need?
