This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR / People Advisor who has a strong background in Employee Relations and enjoys having plenty of autonomy in their role. Sitting as part of a wider People team, you will be the dedicated People contact for Ireland, predominantly supporting managers with ER casework, day-to-day people queries and coaching. The role is 30 hours per week and can be worked across either 4 or 5 days , offering genuine flexibility. You'll work on a hybrid basis with 2 days from home and the remainder of your working week spent out within stores, predominantly around Dublin where the largest concentration of stores are based.
