The Role: As a People Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical and professional advice on a broad range of people matters. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include: Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment practices Supporting employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and investigations Managing sickness absence processes and supporting wellbeing initiatives Coordinating Occupational Health referrals and associated administration Supporting recruitment activity to ensure the attraction and onboarding of high-quality talent Conducting compliance and employee file audits Supporting onboarding processes and safer ..... full job details .....
