People Advisor (Temp 3-6 months)

My client is recruiting for a People Advisor on a temporary assignment to support during a maternity cover period. This role is ideal for a strong HR Coordinator looking to step up, or an HR Advisor seeking a hands-on generalist position.

Location: Cambridgeshire, free car park
Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days working from home

Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR queries
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Manage low-level employee relations cases
• Ensure HR compliance
• Support pensions, benefits, and probation processes

About You

• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (preferred)
• HR experience with some ER exposure
• Proactive, organised, and a strong communicator
