This site-based role supports a busy operation. You''ll be providing practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a real focus on employee relations. This includes managing a high volume of cases disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and confidently coaching and supporting managers on best practice, policies, and procedures.
