People Advisor Leicester Permanent Site basedMonday to Friday,8:30am-5:00pm SF Partners are recruiting a People Advisor for a busy food manufacturing site in Leicester. This is a hands-on role supporting managers and colleagues across a 24/7 operation. You''ll need to be comfortable with a varied workload,confident handling employee relations matters and able to build good relationships with operational teams. What you''ll be doing - Advising and coaching managers on absence,performance,disciplinary and grievance matters - Supporting recruitment,onboarding and retention across the site - Working with operational managers to improve colleague engagement - Using people data to spot trends and help managers take action - Getting involved in people projects and improvements to site processes What we''re looking for - Experience in a People Advisor,HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role - Strong employee relations experience and the confidence to guide managers through cases - A background in food manufacturing,FMCG or another fast-paced production environment - CIPD Level 3 or above - A practical,approachable style and the ability to manage competing priorities The role comes with a pension scheme,wellbeing support,employee discounts,free on-site parking and opportunities for training and development.
