The role will deliver a proactive, business-focused HR service with a strong emphasis on driving and enhancing Learning and Organisational Development activities. This is a great time to join the business which is fully committed to delivering its ambitious growth plans.Reporting to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities are as follows:Work as part of the HR team to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure HR is able to support the business objectives.Partner with managers to strengthen and develop management capability in all HR related activities.Provide advice and guidance on performance management and talent development activity.Coordinate training and development programmes liaising with management teams and external learning providers.Assist in the development and improvement of career development and succession planning activities.Support organisational development and business improvement initiatives including employee engagement.Develop Policies and Procedures and facilitate training to ensure the effective management of Human Resources within legislation and best practice.Support the business with general people queries and give advice according to company guidelines and legislation.Management of Employee Relations ..... full job details .....
