As a People Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you''ll play a key role in supporting HR processes and helping the organisation run smoothly. Based in St. Helens, your work will focus on providing guidance and support to managers and employees in the not-for-profit sector.Client DetailsThis organisation operates in the not-for-profit sector and is based in St. Helens.DescriptionManaging a diverse portfolio of employee relations cases, providing timely and expert advice to managers and employees on a range of people matters.Supporting performance management activities, including capability processes, development planning, and the effective use of people data and HR systems.Leading attendance management processes, including absence monitoring, return-to-work discussions, and the management of long-term sickness cases.Providing clear and practical guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.Building strong and effective relationships with managers, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and supporting informed decision-making.Collaborating with Housing, Assets, and Corporate teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service across the organisation.Supporting recruitment, retention, talent development, and apprenticeship initiatives to attract and develop a skilled workforce.Contributing to the delivery of the People Strategy, organisational change programmes, and wider corporate ..... full job details .....
