People Advisor Manchester Onsite working Salary £30k-£35k dependent on experience and qualifications Full Time - Permanent We are a fast-growing online fashion brand looking for a confident and proactive People Advisor to support our expanding team.This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you''ll act as a trusted partner to designated departments, supporting the full employee lifecycle while owning recruitment activity and day-to-day people processes. You''ll work closely with managers to build capability, coach best practice, and deliver a consistent and engaging people experience.There is clear progression into a future People Partner role with increasing strategic exposure.Key Responsibilities of the People Advisor:Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupport the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, absence, disciplinaries, grievances and exits)Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departmentsPartner with hiring managers on interviews, selection and candidate experienceEnsure onboarding is engaging and effectiveMaintain HR compliance, documentation and data accuracySupport reporting and identify trends to drive improvementsContribute to continuous improvement of processes, including automation where appropriateKey requirements for the People Advisor:Proven experience in an HR Advisor/HR Generalist or similar roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing recruitment end-to-endConfident ..... full job details .....
