What you''ll do as a People Advisor: Provide advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters Support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, family leave, and absence management Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a professional and responsive service Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated and managed effectively Produce and analyse people-related reports, identifying trends and highlighting areas for action Support HR Business Partners with employee relations matters and wellbeing initiatives Assist with the preparation of management information, reports, and documentation Build strong working relationships across the organisation to support the delivery of HR services Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the wider people strategy The ideal ..... full job details .....
