This is a varied role where no two days are likely to be the same, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation and develop your experience across employee relations, absence, recruitment, onboarding and wider People projects. DAY TO DAY: Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and routine employee relations matters. Supporting managers with grievances, disciplinary processes and performance improvement. Assisting with formal investigations, including evidence gathering, documentation and preparation of relevant paperwork. Managing sickness absence processes and supporting managers with absence meetings. Coordinating Occupational Health referrals and supporting appropriate risk assessments.
