      <description>Location: Woking | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Gi Group are proud to partner McLaren in Woking in the search for a People Advisor.  This a 6 month temporary assignment which may extend further.  Applicants should be at or working towards CIPD Level 5, must have had experience in a fast paced HR department and be prepared to deal with ER cases, manager coaching and working at pace.    Purpose of the role:   The role is focused on supporting managers and employees with day-to-day people queries, routine employee relations matters and core People processes, ensuring timely, practical and consistent advice in line with policy, process and good practice.  Working closely with the broader People Business Partners, ER Specialist and People Operations team, the role will help triage incoming queries, support low-risk ER activity, maintain accurate documentation and ensure day-to-day activity is progressed efficiently.
