As their People Advisor - Employee Relations, you''ll work in partnership with managers and colleagues to guide and enable fair, clear and confident people decisions. Through a fair, respectful and values-led approach, you''ll help create positive workplace experiences while addressing issues consistently and with integrity. They provide housing and support to socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton.
