Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters in line with current legislation and best practiceManaging HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records to support day-to-day operationsSupporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting adverts through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experiencePlaying a role in wellbeing, health and safety, and wider employee engagement initiativesSupporting the development and review of HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant and fit for purpose For the role of People Advisor, suitable candidates will have: Previous experience working in a People Advisor or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environmentCIPD Level 3 qualified and/or working towards Level 5Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceStrong communication skills, with the ability to build ..... full job details .....
